This page explains the public website and newsletter. Device conversation data has separate owner controls inside the administration area.

Account access

Newsletter signup does not create an AI Pets account. Administrative access is limited to approved members of the AI Pets team.

When you join the AI Pets field notes, we store the normalized email address, signup source, consent version, and signup time in our private Supabase database. We use it only for AI Pets build notes and launch updates. We do not sell newsletter addresses.

Abuse prevention

The signup endpoint temporarily counts attempts against a one-way keyed hash of the connecting address. The raw address is not written to the newsletter tables. This protects the form without creating a public tracking profile.

Your choices

Every newsletter will include an unsubscribe option. You can also reply to an AI Pets email to request access, correction, or deletion. Unsubscribed addresses remain suppressed so they are not added back accidentally.

Website infrastructure

The public site runs on Vercel, operational data lives in Supabase, device sessions run through Cloudflare, and character media can be delivered from private R2 storage. Provider credentials stay server-side.
